The SmartBus 903 Route, which runs from Altona through the northern suburbs to bayside Modialloc in the east, is a cross-city, trans-orbital premium bus service with 15-minutes frequency, extended service hours, dedicated bus lanes, priorities at traffic signal intersections and the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to provide real time passenger information.
